	Keith Graham - General Manager Start Date - 01/02/01 Keith is second in command and works closely with Rick (MD) creating ideas and solving problems in turn helping to expand the company. Keith is very hands on and leads very much by example. Contact Keith
	Fiona Swindlehurst - Company Accountant Start Date - 01/02/01 Fiona is responsible for all areas of financial management with her substantial knowledge and understanding she helps the company achieve targets and maximise business potential. Contact Fiona
	Andy Pearson - Health & Safety Manager Start Date - 01/09/02 Andy started sorting skips but soon developed skills in carpentry electrics and plumbing. In 2008 he suffered a bad injury on his hand and following that has been given the position of Health & Safety Manager, responsible for creating a safe working environment for all staff. Contact Andy
	Beccie feakins - Environmental Manager Beccie manages the companies compliance with environmental legislation and advises staff and customers on meeting legal requirements and best practice.

	Nigel Graham - MRF Foreman Start Date - 18/06/05 Nigel is in charge of the recycling operatives and is responsible for the smooth efficient running of the waste seperation system.
	Andrew Chalmers (Stan) - Plant Manager Start Date - 24/09/07 Stan was brought in as Plant manager and is very hands on driving and servicing the expanding plant fleet. Contact Andrew

	Debbie Riley - Office Admin Start Date - 17/09/07 Debbies role is to deal with customer enquiries, taking calls, payrol, clerical administration and accounts. Contact Debbie
	Joe Robbins - Machine Operator Joe is responsible for baling operations, accepting farm plastics and loading wagons. Start Date - 07/05/07
	Andy Davidson - HGV Driver Start Date - 10/09/02 Andy is our longest serving driver and came to us following closure of the Brampton sawmill. He has helped the company develop from small beginnings to the key waste management company it is today.
	Paul Brown - HGV Driver Start Date - 31/03/08 Paul drives the skip truck and trailer. He is a very versatile man with excellent fabrication skills.
	Dave Steel - Weighbridge Operator Dave is our weighbridge operator and works closely with our Fleet Co-ordinator.
	David Hines - Fleet Co-ordinator Start Date - 17/07/06 Dave is our Fleet Co-ordinator. Previously one of our drivers he has a vast knowledge and experience of the area managing our fleet to its best potential.
	Kevin Johnston (Bomber) - HGV Driver Start Date - 16/04/07 Bomber drives the Tipper & the Hookloader He has driven Tippers for many years and has an excellent local knowledge and appears to know almost everyone in Cumbria.
	Geoff Mark - HGV Driver Start Date - 09/08/04 Geoff has a great knowledge of the rural areas and is keen to help the company expand with thoughts and ideas.
	Jimmy McKinnel - HGV Driver Start Date - 18/04/06 Jimmy is a very flexible man with the ability to drive any truck and equally at home operating machines in the yard.
	Aaron Selby - HGV Driver Start Date - 27/05/08 Aaron is our youngest driver and is keen to further his skills.

	Mick Steel - HGV Driver Start Date - 29/08/05 Mick, our most experienced driver drives the hookloader and trailer. He has driven artics long distance for many years and is never phased by anything.
	Robin Dewars (Rob) - Workshop Foreman Start Date - 18/09/06 Robin believes in keeping the fleet in MOT state condition at all times, any faults are reported to him immediately. Robin is meticulous with his paperwork and has a paper trail from defect to rectification for all jobs. He is never beaten and can always find a solution to a problem.
	Ian Phillips (Cletus) - Mechanic Start Date - 10/03/08 Cletus assists Robin in all aspects of mechanicing, he also holds his Class 1 HGV licence and takes all trucks for test and provides cover for drivers.
	William Ball (Will) - Recycling Operative Start Date - 20/06/05 Will assists Dave on the Trade waste collections and helps to expand the company with his eagerness and flexible abilities.
	David Watson - Recycling Operative Start Date - 15/09/08 Dave works in the MRF and is responsible for the weighbridge and provides cover to the trade waste round.
